A family run business and founded in 2015 by people that have a wealth of experience within the financial services and residential survey and valuation sector dating back to 1999.

We are not a huge corporate entity and this is not in our strategy planning however​ through out the previous 17 years we have developed relationships with industry recognised and well established Chartered Surveyor Firms in England and Wales, providing regular volumes of business for many years, with a proven track record where they have been rigorously quality controlled and fully understand the client’s needs and expectations.

Our strategy at iMyHome is a simple one, it is to provide a second to none customer experience, provide a personal service and deliver a quality product. We insist on paying the surveyor the right level of fee which provides confidence to the customer that we are serious about them and one of their biggest decisions, buying their dream home.

All of our suppliers (surveyors) are RICS (Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors) registered and all maintain at least the minimum level of professional indemnity insurance, and all meet iMyHome’s minimum criteria in order to satisfy our in-house Quality and Audit standards.
